      • South Africa: We use reliable shipping carriers such as South African Post Office (SAPO), The Courier Guy, Aramex, and DHL for all shipments.

      • Singapore: We use reliable shipping carriers such as SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, and DHL for all shipments.

    • Orders are shipped from China via our international logistics partners.

    Damaged or Lost Orders

    • Damaged upon arrival: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you find a suitable solution.

    • Lost order: Please contact us immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

    Order Cancellation

    Would you like to change or cancel your order? No problem. Because we get to work immediately preparing your order, you can cancel it free of charge within 4 hours of placement. After this 4-hour period, your order has been processed in our system and can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@sarando.uk.
